Any product with its complete contents can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value on the day of purchase. No exchanges can or will be made after the purchase date unless noted otherwise. Whole cake sales are final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. Any bulk or whole sale item ( whole cakes, etc.) cannot be exchanged. All bulk and whole sale item sales are final.
Cancellations received on or within (7) days of the events may not be subject to refund. Store Credits can only be issued with PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Store credits can be used 30 DAYS AFTER the store credit has been issued. Store credits cannot be transferred as cash. Store credits can only be applied to one (1) order and cannot be split between multiple orders. One time use only. Store credit cannot be used at another location. Store Credit is only valid at the LANA'S BAKE SHOP LLC SOUTHFIELD location.
SALES AND PROMOTION POLICY STATES: Sales and Promotions are location specific. All sales and promotions specificed at one particular location ONLY applies to that particular location.
LOYALTY POLICY STATES: Qualifying purchases do not include sale items or whole sale purchases. Loyalty points cannot be applied to previous purchases without the receipt unless noted otherwise. Loyalty points cannot be used as cash. Loyalty points can be redeemed only on specified products. Loyalty points cannot be transferred into any specific dollar amount to discount the sale of any product(s).
A 2 DAY NOTICE must be provided in order to purchase a whole cake unless noted otherwise. Only cake flavors provided during current season are available to purchase at the whole sale price. All whole sale purchase are final.
IF A 2 DAY NOTICE IS NOT PROVIDED, a same day charge of $5.00 is applied to any order. ( specificially for whole cake orders at our DOWNTOWN LOCATION ONLY).
STORE POLICY STATES: A deposit of 50% or more of the total cost of the order confirms and holds a reservation. An automatics 25% cancellation fee is automatically applied to the total amount once the deposit for the order has been placed. The remainder of the pay,ent is due upon pickup or delivery of the ordered cake. Cancellations received on or within (7) days of the events may not be subject to refund.
REFUND POLICY STATES: Upon ordering, a 25% cancellation fee is applied to total amount no matter the amount of notice givem. Cancellations received on or with (7) days of the events may not be subject to refund. REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN BY ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. Signature is required upon receipt of all cash and credit/debit returns.
Lana's Bake Shop reserves the right to exercise artistic license to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of any and all dessert structure, dessert products, etc.
Due to understaffing, our Southfield locations hours have changed. We are open as of THURSDAY 12PM-7PM, FRIDAY 12PM-7PM, SATURDAY 10A-5PM. Thank you for your understanding.
